KIKI Health Collagen Peptides Powder is 100% hydrolysed bovine collagen from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle, free from antibiotics and hormones, rich in collagen types I and III. Collagen is the main structural protein of skin, bones, tendons and cartilage; hydrolysed collagen peptides are short chains of collagen amino acids – particularly glycine, proline and hydroxyproline – that dissolve easily. Unflavoured, it dissolves in hot or cold drinks and food.

Directions
