Per capsule: vitamin C 1000 mg (1250% NRV); rose hip powder 62.5 mg.
Other ingredients: capsule [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour (brilliant blue)], free-flowing agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
