Jarrow Formulas Lactoferrin provides 250 mg of apolactoferrin – the low-iron form of lactoferrin, an iron-binding glycoprotein naturally present in milk, especially colostrum. It is obtained from cow's milk and freeze-dried rather than spray-dried to preserve the protein's structure.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (bovine gelatin), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
