Jarrow Formulas Acetyl L-Carnitine provides 500 mg of acetyl-L-carnitine (as hydrochloride) per capsule. Acetyl-L-carnitine is the acetylated ester of L-carnitine, a compound the body makes from the amino acids lysine and methionine and which also occurs in meat and dairy products.

Ingredients

Per capsule: acetyl-L-carnitine (as acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride) 500 mg.

Other ingredients: capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
