Description

Holland & Barrett Evening Primrose Oil + Starflower Oil combines cold-pressed evening primrose oil with starflower (borage, Borago officinalis) oil – the richest common plant source of GLA – plus vitamin B6. Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) seed oil is a natural source of the omega-6 fatty acids linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which is relatively rare in the diet.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Per capsule: evening primrose oil 692 mg; starflower (borage) oil 308 mg; providing cis-linoleic acid 613 mg and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 130 mg; vitamin B6 0.25 mg (18% NRV).

Other ingredients: capsule shell (bovine gelatine, glycerol), vitamin E (antioxidant), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Directions

Adults: 1–2 capsules a day with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
