Garden of Life Vitamin Code RAW K-Complex combines three forms of vitamin K – K1 (phylloquinone) from yeast culture and K2 as menaquinone-7 and menaquinone-4 – in cold-pressed flaxseed oil, with a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend, a trace mineral blend (spirulina, chlorella, ancient peat) and probiotics. Vegan.

Ingredients
Per capsule: vitamin K1 (from culture of S. cerevisiae) 120 µg (160% NRV); vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) 100 µg; vitamin K2 (menaquinone-4) 10 µg; cold-pressed flaxseed oil 300 mg; raw organic fruit and vegetable blend 130 mg; trace mineral blend 65 mg (raw organic spirulina, raw organic cracked-wall chlorella, ancient peat); raw probiotic blend 5 mg (Lactobacillus bulgaricus, L. plantarum – 500 million CFU).
Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), organic brown rice.
Allergens: contains celery. Manufactured in a facility that also processes soya, dairy, peanut, tree nuts and shellfish.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
