Garden of Life Vitamin Code RAW B-Complex provides all eight B vitamins – thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folate, B12 (methylcobalamin), biotin and pantothenic acid – with a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend and a raw probiotic and enzyme blend. Garden of Life Vitamin Code® products use "RAW Food-Created Nutrients" – vitamins and minerals produced by culturing with S. cerevisiae (yeast) and delivered with raw organic fruits and vegetables, probiotics and enzymes, without binders or fillers. Vegan.

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Per 2 capsules: thiamin 5 mg (455% NRV); riboflavin 10 mg (714% NRV); niacin (niacinamide) 45 mg (281% NRV); vitamin B6 10 mg (714% NRV); folate 450 µg DFE (225% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 133 µg (5320% NRV); biotin 325 µg (650% NRV); pantothenic acid 45 mg (750% NRV); raw organic fruit and vegetable blend (organic apple, beet, broccoli, carrot, spinach, tomato, strawberry, tart cherry, blackberry, green pepper, Brussels sprout, blueberry, ginger, garlic, green onion, raspberry, parsley, cauliflower, red cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, asparagus) 360 mg; raw probiotic and enzyme blend (lipase, protease, aspergillopepsin, beta-glucanase, cellulase, bromelain, phytase, lactase, papain, peptidase, pectinase, hemicellulase, xylanase, Lactobacillus plantarum, L. bulgaricus – 500 million CFU) 60 mg.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), organic potato starch.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules a day, with or without food. Capsules may be opened and the contents added to water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
