Ingredients

Per capsule: vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1000 µg (40,000% NRV); raw probiotic and enzyme blend (lipase, protease, aspergillopepsin, beta-glucanase, cellulase, bromelain, phytase, lactase, papain, peptidase, pectinase, hemicellulase, xylanase, Lactobacillus plantarum, L. bulgaricus – 500 million CFU) 60 mg; raw organic fruit and vegetable blend (organic apple, beet, broccoli, carrot, spinach, tomato, strawberry, tart cherry, blackberry, green pepper, Brussels sprout, blueberry, ginger, garlic, green onion, raspberry, parsley, cauliflower, red cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, asparagus) 20 mg.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), organic rice husk.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day, with or without food. The capsule may be opened and the contents added to water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
