Garden of Life Herbals Liposomal Berberine provides 1 g of Berberis aristata (Indian barberry) root extract and cinnamon encapsulated in sunflower lecithin liposomes, together with chromium as Chromax® chromium picolinate and the probiotic Bacillus coagulans SNZ 1969™. Berberine is a yellow alkaloid found in barberry and related plants used in traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese practice.

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: chromium (Chromax® chromium picolinate) 200 µg (500% NRV); liposomal berberine 1 g (Berberis aristata root extract and cinnamon in sunflower lecithin); Bacillus coagulans SNZ 1969™ 4.5 mg (250 million CFU).

Other ingredients: modified starch, vegetable capsule (cellulose), pectin, sunflower lecithin, organic rice extract blend (rice bran extract, rice husks, gum arabic, sunflower oil), organic rice husks.

Allergens: none added. Manufactured in a facility that also processes egg, milk, soya, wheat, tree nuts, fish and sesame.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
