Per softgel: coenzyme Q10 100 mg; flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum) 130 mg, of which alpha-linolenic acid 58.5 mg.
Other ingredients: softgel shell.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with water and a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
