Doctor's Best High Potency Bromelain provides 500 mg of bromelain – a group of protein-digesting enzymes extracted from the stem of the pineapple plant (Ananas comosus) – with an activity of 3000 GDU per gram (1500 GDU per capsule).

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions
Adults: 1 capsule with a meal, or 1 capsule twice a day between meals with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
