Description
Doctor's Best Fully Active Folate 800 provides a higher dose of folate as Quatrefolic® – the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, the active form of folate found in the blood, which does not need to be converted in the body. This is relevant for people with less efficient folate metabolism, such as MTHFR gene variants.

Ingredients
Per capsule: folate (as Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt) 800 µg DFE (400% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule).

Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day, preferably between meals with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
