Cytoplan CoQ10 Multi is a high-strength multivitamin and mineral providing the full spectrum of essential nutrients in bio-effective forms, enriched with 80 mg coenzyme Q10, beta-1,3/1,6-glucans and a biodynamic superfood blend (grape seed, olive leaf, kale, tomato, beetroot, turmeric). It contains a low level of iron, making it particularly suitable for men and post-menopausal women. Suitable for vegans.

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function.
Vitamins D and K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions
