Description
Allnutrition Protein Rice Porridge is an instant porridge based on rice flour (60%) and whey protein concentrate (WPC 80), fortified with magnesium. It contains no added sugar – just add hot water or milk. Rice flour is naturally gluten-free.

Ingredients
Per 100 g: energy 1557 kJ / 372 kcal, fat 3.3 g, of which saturates 2 g, carbohydrate 56 g, of which sugars 1.6 g, fibre 5.2 g, protein 27 g, salt 0.2 g, magnesium 187 mg (50% NRV).
Ingredients: Rice flour (60%), whey protein concentrate wpc 80% (whey protein [milk], emulsifier: soy lecithin), magnesium hydroxide, natural flavouring [contains milk], flavouring, sweeteners: sucralose.
Allergens: milk, soy.
Directions
Mix 30 g (4 tablespoons) thoroughly with 100 ml of hot water or milk. Eat immediately.

Not suitable for people allergic to any of the ingredients. May contain eggs, nuts, peanuts and cereals containing gluten. Store in a cool, dry place.
