Description
OstroVit Diet Spaghetti Konjac Noodles are spaghetti-shaped noodles made from konjac flour (glucomannan fibre from the konjac root) and water. Very low in calories and carbohydrates, gluten-free and vegan.

Ingredients
Per 100 g (drained): energy 26 kJ / 6 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrates 1.3 g, of which sugars 0 g; fibre 0.5 g; protein 0 g; salt 0 g.
Ingredients: water, konjac flour 3%, acidity regulator (citric acid).
Directions
Drain the liquid from the pack and rinse the product thoroughly under cold running water. Heat briefly in a pan with your sauce (2–3 minutes) or add directly to hot soup. Once opened, store in water in the fridge and eat within 24 hours.
Warnings
Eat with plenty of liquid; not suitable for young children (risk of choking). Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
