Ingredients

Per sachet (15.9 g): L-citrulline, beta-alanine, betaine anhydrous, L-tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous and further ingredients – exact amounts on the pack; acids, flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colours.

Directions

Adults: mix the sachet with 300–400 ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Max. 1 sachet a day.
