Description

Trained by JP Pumpage is a caffeine-free pre-workout powder. It combines free-form L-citrulline, GlycerSize™ (65% glycerol powder), betaine anhydrous and taurine with PeakO2® – an organic blend of six mushroom mycelia – pink Himalayan salt and S7™, a blend of plant extracts. Because it contains no stimulants, it can be used for evening training or combined with a separate caffeine source.

Ingredients

Per 10 g scoop: energy 54 kJ / 13 kcal; fat 0.1 g, of which saturates 0 g; carbohydrate 3.5 g, of which sugars 0.4 g; fibre 0.1 g; protein 0.1 g; salt 0.24 g; L-citrulline 3000 mg; glycerol 65% powder (GlycerSize™) 2500 mg; betaine anhydrous 1000 mg; taurine 1000 mg; PeakO2® mushroom mycelium blend 1000 mg; pink Himalayan salt 250 mg; S7™ plant extract blend 50 mg.

Other ingredients: flavouring, acid (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose), anti-caking agent, colour (varies by flavour).

Allergens: none added. Manufactured in a facility that handles milk, soy, egg and gluten.

Directions

Adults: mix 1 scoop (10 g) with 300–500 ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
