Description

Trained by JP Performance Isolate is a tri-whey protein powder made from 40% hydrolysed whey isolate, 40% whey isolate and 20% whey concentrate, produced by cross-flow microfiltration from grass-fed cows' milk. The high share of isolate and hydrolysate keeps lactose, fat and carbohydrate low.

Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass and of normal bones.

Ingredients

Per 30 g serving: energy 482 kJ / 115 kcal; fat 1.1 g, of which saturates 0.3 g; carbohydrate 2.4 g, of which sugars 1.8 g; fibre 0.6 g; protein 24 g; salt 0.61 g.

Ingredients: whey protein isolate (milk, soy), hydrolysed whey protein (milk), whey protein concentrate (milk), flavouring, cocoa powder (chocolate flavours), thickener (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose). Recipes vary slightly between flavours.

Allergens: milk, soy. Manufactured on equipment that also processes celery, crustaceans, fish, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, soya, gluten, egg, lupin, molluscs, sesame and sulphur dioxide.

Directions

Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 300–400 ml of cold water in a shaker. Use 1–2 servings a day as needed to meet your protein intake.
