Description

Trained by JP Hydration is a flavoured, vegan electrolyte drink powder. Each serving combines potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, pink Himalayan salt and sodium chloride with 3 g of taurine, prebiotic fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and a 5:1 watermelon fruit extract. It can be used before, during or after training, or on hot days.

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to normal muscle function.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Ingredients

Per 10 g serving: taurine 3000 mg; potassium citrate 1160 mg; fructooligosaccharides 1000 mg; watermelon fruit extract 5:1 (Citrullus lanatus) 500 mg; magnesium citrate 465 mg; pink Himalayan salt 450 mg; sodium chloride 100 mg.

Other ingredients: flavouring, acid (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose), colour (varies by flavour).

Directions

Adults: mix 1 scoop (10 g) with 500 ml of water and drink before, during or after exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
