Trained by JP Creatine is creatine monohydrate powder with a Blue Slushy flavour. Creatine is a compound made in the body and found in meat and fish; monohydrate is its most studied form.

Per 5 g scoop: creatine monohydrate 4.2 g.

Directions
Adults: mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 200–250 ml of water once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
