Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: stinging nettle leaf (Urtica dioica) 800 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
