Description

Swanson Simply Hydrate is a sugar-free electrolyte drink mix in single-serve stick packs. Each serving provides 350 mg each of sodium and potassium plus magnesium and calcium, taurine, vitamin C and B vitamins, sweetened with monk fruit and stevia.

Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin B12, B6, riboflavin and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Per stick pack (approx. 6.9 g): vitamin C 75 mg (94% NRV); thiamin 1.7 mg (155% NRV); riboflavin 2 mg (143% NRV); vitamin B6 5 mg (357% NRV); vitamin B12 10 µg (400% NRV); pantothenic acid 10 mg (167% NRV); calcium (tricalcium citrate) 65 mg (8% NRV); phosphorus 20 mg (3% NRV); magnesium (oxide, trimagnesium phosphate) 100 mg (27% NRV); zinc 2 mg (20% NRV); chromium (picolinate) 15 µg (38% NRV); sodium (chloride) 350 mg; potassium (citrate) 350 mg (18% NRV); taurine 500 mg.

Other ingredients: citric acid, malic acid, monk fruit extract, natural flavours, beetroot powder (colour), silica, steviol glycosides.

Directions

Adults: mix 1 stick pack with about 500 ml of water, stirring well; adjust the water to taste. Use as needed to support hydration, up to 2 stick packs a day.
