Description
Swanson Shiitake Mushroom Extract provides a 4:1 concentrate of shiitake fruiting bodies (Lentinula edodes) – the second most cultivated edible mushroom in the world, grown on logs in Japan and China for over a thousand years. Two capsules equal about 4 g of dried mushroom.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: shiitake mushroom 4:1 extract (Lentinula edodes, fruiting bodies) 1 g.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice bran, silica, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
