Description
Swanson Sea Minerals: Red Mineral Algae features Aquamin® TG – a multi-mineral complex from the calcified red seaweed Lithothamnium corallioides harvested off the coast of Ireland. Its porous structure naturally contains calcium, magnesium and over 70 trace minerals. Each capsule also contains NutraFlora® short-chain FOS.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Aquamin® TG sea minerals (Lithothamnium corallioides, whole plant) 900 mg, providing calcium (carbonate) 270 mg (34% NRV) and magnesium (carbonate) 19.8 mg (5% NRV); NutraFlora® scFOS 5 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate, corn starch.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
