Swanson Oregano Oil 10:1 Extract combines a concentrated oil of oregano (Origanum vulgare) with olive oil in easy-to-swallow vegan softgels. Oregano oil naturally contains phenolic compounds such as carvacrol and thymol, as well as rosmarinic acid.

Ingredients
Per softgel: oregano extract oil 10:1 blend [oregano oil (Origanum vulgare, aerial parts) in olive oil] 150 mg.
Other ingredients: vegan softgel (modified food starch, glycerin, carrageenan, sorbitol, purified water).
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel 1–4 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
