Description

Swanson MSM delivers 1500 mg of TruFlex® MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) per tablet. MSM is an organic source of sulphur, a mineral found in the body's connective tissues – cartilage, ligaments, tendons and skin – as part of the sulphur-containing amino acids.

Ingredients

Per 2 tablets: TruFlex® MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) 3 g.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, aqueous coating (water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol), calcium carbonate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silica.

Directions

Adults: 2 tablets 1–2 times a day with water before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
