Description
Swanson Milk Thistle Liquid Extract is a 1:1 extract of Silybum marianum seeds in vegetable glycerin and water, with no alcohol or sugar added. Milk thistle is a purple-flowered thistle of the Mediterranean whose seeds contain the flavonolignan complex silymarin.

Ingredients
Per 2 ml (2 droppers): milk thistle 1:1 extract (Silybum marianum, seed) 2 g; carbohydrate 1 g, of which sugars 0 g.
Other ingredients: vegetable glycerin, purified water.
Directions
Adults: 2 droppers (approx. 2 ml) twice a day in a glass of water. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
