Description
Swanson Milk Thistle Combination builds on 175 mg of milk thistle seed extract standardised to 80% silymarin and adds five bitter and aromatic roots and leaves from European and Asian kitchen and herbal tradition: dandelion root, black radish, burdock root, ginger and parsley leaf.

Ingredients
Per capsule: milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum, 80% silymarin) 175 mg; dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) 85 mg; black radish root (Raphanus sativus niger) 60 mg; burdock root (Arctium lappa) 60 mg; ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 60 mg; parsley leaf (Petroselinum crispum) 35 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice flour, rice extract blend.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 3 times a day with water before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
