Swanson Full Spectrum Milk Thistle contains powdered whole milk thistle seed (Silybum marianum), used in European herbal tradition for over 2,000 years. The seed naturally contains the flavonolignan complex silymarin.

Per 2 capsules: milk thistle seed (Silybum marianum) 1 g.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 1–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
