Description

Swanson Menopause Essentials combines herbs traditionally used by women in midlife: standardised black cohosh and chasteberry extracts, dong quai root, wild yam (16% diosgenin), damiana leaf and ginkgo, together with black currant seed oil (source of GLA) and magnesium.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.

Ingredients

Per capsule: magnesium (oxide) 50 mg (13% NRV); damiana leaf 150 mg; black currant seed oil (7% GLA) 71 mg; chasteberry fruit extract (0.5% agnusides) 50 mg; dong quai root extract 50 mg; wild yam root extract (16% diosgenin) 31 mg; black cohosh root extract (2.5% triterpene glycosides) 30 mg; ginkgo leaf extract (24% flavone glycosides, 6% terpene lactones) 10 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), maltodextrin, calcium palmitate, rice flour.

Directions

Women: 1 capsule 3–4 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
