Per softgel: CardioAid® phytosterols (min. 90% plant sterol esters: beta-sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol, brassicasterol, beta-sitostanol) 400 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, purified water.

Allergens: contains soy.

Adults: 1 softgel twice a day with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
