Description
Swanson Lutein provides 20 mg of lutein esters from marigold flower extract (Tagetes erecta) per softgel, in sunflower oil. Lutein is a yellow carotenoid found in leafy greens and egg yolk that accumulates in the macula of the eye.

Other ingredients: sunflower oil, gelatin, glycerin, yellow beeswax, purified water, carob, natural tocopherols.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
