Description
Swanson Liver Essentials brings together milk thistle seed extract standardised to 80% silymarin with dandelion root, burdock root, parsley leaf and black radish root – plants long used in European and Asian herbal tradition. The blend is completed with AjiPure® N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), trimethylglycine (TMG) from natural betaine and alpha-lipoic acid.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum; 80% silymarin) 372 mg; dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) 170 mg; burdock root (Arctium lappa) 120 mg; parsley leaf (Petroselinum crispum) 120 mg; black radish root (Raphanus sativus niger) 70 mg; N-acetyl-L-cysteine (AjiPure®) 50 mg; trimethylglycine (from betaine) 50 mg; alpha-lipoic acid 20 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, calcium laurate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
