Swanson Lactobacillus Rhamnosus with FOS combines 5 billion CFU of Lactobacillus rhamnosus (at manufacture) – one of the most thoroughly studied lactic acid bacteria – with 100 mg of NutraFlora® short-chain fructooligosaccharides, a soluble fibre from sugar beet.

Ingredients

Per capsule: NutraFlora® scFOS (short-chain fructooligosaccharides) 100 mg; Lactobacillus rhamnosus (5 billion CFU at manufacture) 25 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegan capsule), silica, magnesium stearate.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with food and water. Refrigeration recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
