Description
Swanson Keratin provides 50 mg of food-grade hydrolysed keratin obtained from Tibetan sheep's wool. Keratins are the fibrous structural proteins of hair, nails and the outer layer of skin, and are exceptionally rich in the sulphur-containing amino acid cysteine.

Ingredients
Per capsule: hydrolysed keratin (from Tibetan wool) 50 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
