Swanson Inositol provides 650 mg of inositol (myo-inositol), a carbocyclic sugar produced in the body and found in fruits, beans, grains and nuts. It is sometimes called 'vitamin B8', although it is not an essential vitamin.

Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
