Description
Swanson Horny Goat Weed Extract provides 500 mg of Epimedium sagittatum leaf extract standardised to 10% icariins – the prenylated flavonoids characteristic of the plant. Epimedium, known in China as yin yang huo, is a low-growing perennial that has been part of Chinese tradition for centuries.

Ingredients
Per capsule: horny goat weed leaf extract (Epimedium sagittatum, 10% icariins) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice bran, maltodextrin, silica, calcium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day between meals with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
