Description
Swanson High Concentrate Omega-3 uses AlaskOmega® – a concentrated fish oil from wild Alaska pollock – in small, enteric-coated softgels that are easy to swallow and designed to dissolve beyond the stomach, reducing fishy aftertaste. Two softgels deliver 720 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 680 mg of EPA and DHA.

Ingredients
Per 2 softgels: AlaskOmega® fish oil concentrate 1.14 g, providing total omega-3 fatty acids 720 mg, of which EPA + DHA 680 mg; energy 10 kcal; fat 1 g.
Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, enteric aqueous film coating, purified water.
Allergens: contains fish (Alaska pollock). Contains sulphites.
Directions
Adults: 2 softgels a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
