Swanson Garcinia Cambogia 5:1 Extract contains a concentrated 5:1 extract of the fruit rind of Garcinia cambogia (Malabar tamarind), a South-East Asian fruit used as a souring agent in curries. The fruit is a natural source of hydroxycitric acid (HCA).

Ingredients
Per capsule: Garcinia cambogia fruit 5:1 extract 80 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate and/or silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
