Description
Swanson Full Spectrum Spearmint Leaf contains whole, dried leaves of Mentha spicata, the sweet, mild mint known from chewing gum and Moroccan mint tea. It has a softer flavour than peppermint as it contains little menthol and more carvone.

Directions
