Swanson Full Spectrum Schizandra contains ground berries of Schisandra chinensis, a climbing vine of north-east China and the Russian Far East. Its red berries are known in Chinese as wu wei zi, the "five-flavour fruit", because they taste sweet, sour, salty, bitter and pungent at once.

Ingredients
Per capsule: schisandra berry powder (Schisandra chinensis) 525 mg, providing 412 mg of berry.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
