Swanson Full Spectrum Milk Thistle is ground whole seed of Silybum marianum, a Mediterranean thistle whose seeds are the natural source of silymarin flavonolignans. Milk thistle has been used in European herbal tradition for centuries, particularly in relation to the liver.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: milk thistle (Silybum marianum, seed) 1 g.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 2–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
