Description
Swanson Full Spectrum® Kudzu Root contains ground root of kudzu (Pueraria lobata), a climbing plant used in traditional Chinese herbalism for nearly 2,000 years – it is described already in the classic Shennong Bencaojing. The root is naturally rich in isoflavones such as puerarin and daidzin.

Other ingredients: vegan capsule (hypromellose), microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions
