Description
Swanson Full Spectrum Ashwagandha contains powdered whole ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), one of the best-known herbs of Ayurveda, where it is classed as a rasayana (rejuvenating tonic).

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) 900 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
