Ingredients
Per 2 vegan capsules: fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 1.22 g.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
