Description
Swanson Fenugreek Extract features Testofen® – a patented fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum) by Gencor, standardised to 50% fenusides (saponin glycosides specific to fenugreek). Testofen® has been studied in clinical trials in adult men. Fenugreek is a traditional Ayurvedic and Mediterranean spice plant.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Testofen® fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum, 50% fenusides) 300 mg.
Other ingredients: rice extract, hypromellose (vegan capsule), rice concentrate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
