Description
Swanson Epic Pro 25-Strain Probiotic is Swanson's broadest culture formula: 25 strains of Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Lactococcus, Streptococcus thermophilus and the yeast Saccharomyces boulardii, totalling 30 billion CFU at manufacture, including named strains such as L. acidophilus DDS-1 and B. lactis UABla-12, plus 100 mg of FOS.

Ingredients
Per capsule: 25-strain probiotic blend 182.53 mg (30 billion CFU at manufacture): Lactobacillus acidophilus UALa-01 7 bn, Bifidobacterium lactis UABla-12 5 bn, L. plantarum UALp-05 3 bn, L. gasseri 1.5 bn, B. bifidum UABb-10 1 bn, L. acidophilus DDS-1 1 bn, L. helveticus 1 bn, L. rhamnosus UALr-06 1 bn, L. salivarius 1 bn, Lactococcus lactis 1 bn, Streptococcus thermophilus 1 bn, B. animalis, B. breve, B. infantis, B. lactis, B. longum, L. brevis, L. bulgaricus, L. casei, L. fermentum, L. fermentum Lf-33, L. paracasei UALpc-04, L. reuteri and Saccharomyces boulardii 0.5 bn each, B. lactis Bl-04 0.1 bn CFU; FOS (fructooligosaccharides) 100 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegan capsule, EMBO CAPS® AP).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
