Description
Swanson Elderberry Extract Syrup combines black elderberry fruit extract (Sambucus nigra) with elderflower and red raspberry leaf extracts in a glycerin-based syrup with a juicy berry flavour and no added sugar. Elder has been part of European herbal tradition since antiquity.

Ingredients
Per 5 ml: elderberry 10:1 extract (Sambucus nigra, fruit; equivalent to 200 mg) 20 mg; elderflower 4:1 extract (Sambucus nigra; equivalent to 60 mg) 15 mg; red raspberry leaf 10:1 extract (Rubus idaeus; equivalent to 80 mg) 8 mg; energy 20 kcal; carbohydrate 4 g, of which sugars 0 g.
Other ingredients: glycerin, deionised water, natural flavour, cranberry juice powder, citric acid, cellulose gum.
Directions
Adults: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 1–2 times a day before meals, neat or with juice or water. Refrigerate after opening. Not intended for long-term use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
