Description
Swanson Maximum Strength Cinnamon combines powdered cassia cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum cassia) with a 10:1 cassia bark extract. Cassia is the common cinnamon of Chinese cuisine and herbalism.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: cassia cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum cassia) 1.25 g; cassia cinnamon 10:1 bark extract 45 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice flour, calcium laurate.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 1–2 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Cassia cinnamon naturally contains coumarin – the maximum serving may exceed the tolerable daily intake of coumarin set by EFSA; do not use long-term and do not use if you have liver disease.
