Description
Swanson Bromelain provides bromelain – a protein-digesting enzyme from pineapple stems (Ananas comosus) – with an activity of 1200 GDU (gelatin digesting units) per capsule, in delayed-release capsules designed to pass through the stomach intact.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: bromelain (pineapple stem, Ananas comosus; 2400 GDU/g, 1200 GDU per capsule) 1 g.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day with water on an empty stomach. For digestive support, take immediately before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
